Netscape Hard Disk Warning

When you use Netscape to launch movies and pictures Netscape will load the item on to your hard disk, as if the item (movie or picture) is being downloaded from the Internet. You should delete these items after you view them to save space on your hard disk. Netscape will put the items into the directory specified in Netscape's preferences.

To find out which directory Netscape is using for downloading, or to change that directory, see Options | Network Preferences | Disk Cache Directory in the Netscape menu. The Disk Cache Directory field shows which directory is being used to store downloaded items such as movies and pictures. If you want to change the directory simply type it in the field and save it.
