Software for use with radar data

There is a new tape (as of April 17, 1995) containing the SIR-C software. This tape has the lastest versions of the CEOS_READER, dcomp and cvert software. The current tape should say Software Tape Release 2.1 . The software is also available by ftp.

We also now have SIR-C utility programs (written in IDL).
